Do you want to enjoy a unique winter sports holiday in Austria's largest ski-area? Then this detached Alpine Hut or 'almhut' is for you. The almhut is at an altitude of 1,750 metres and is in the heart of the Kitzbühel and Kirchberg ski-area.
You'll find plenty of privacy here. There's no queue in the mornings at the ski-lift, you just put your skis on and off you go. As the almhut is in the ski-area it is inaccessible by car. You can park by the Fleckalmbahn Gondola and travel up on the lift. The owner will help you with luggage on arrival and departure. The almhut is attractively and traditionally furnished. There are three bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a simple kitchen and a cosy Austrian living room. A half board menu is served in the owners' restaurant next door. You can also enjoy the wellness facilities there which include a sauna and Turkish bath. This is a unique holiday accommodation in wonderful Kitzbühel.

The half board served in the almhut next door is mandatory and costs 42.00 per person per night.

Half board includes:

This is how you can reach the Almhut:
You park your car on the big parking lot at the Fleckalmbahn in Kirchberg. You can then, with your luggage, take the Fleckalmbahn to go up. Transfer from the Top station Fleckalmbahn to the amlhut is done with the Schidoo (winter) or the car (summer). You and your luggage will be picked up at the Top station Fleckalmbahn by the owner. Important: There is a driving ban on the mountain. You can not use your own car to reach the holiday home. Please, timely inform the owner regarding the estimated time of arrival. Please note that the last lift up leaves at approximately 16:30.
