This beautiful house is framed by high mountains in a very quiet yet central location only 5 minutes' walk from the centre of town.
The holiday homes with a lovely view of our Chiemgau Mountains are furnished in charming country house style. Every flat has a lovely balcony or a terrace. A sunny lounging lawn, fitness and community room, charming bar, bread roll service, sauna and solarium are at your disposal.
In the summer and in the winter, the region offers many sports and leisure options and you'll never want for anything: Walking, cycling, swiming, bathing, golf, tennis, paragliding, ballooning, rafting, sailing, high ropes course, and much much more. There is a children's playground about 200 m from the building.
Alpine skiing via the Balsberg lift in the immediate vicinity, the Reit ski area in Winkl Winklmoos Steinplatte, Kampenwand and St. Johann/Kitzbühel. Nordic skiing in Unterwössen with track trailhead in the immediate vicinity, Schleching or Reit im Winkel (80 km of groomed tracks).
