Description

You will find this spacious (350 sq. metre) and completely detached 16 person holiday house on a quiet road through the valley only 10 km from the famous Winterberg, with its perfect winter sports facilities, large climbing park and expansive mountain bike routes. The house has a beautiful view of the forests and meadows and there is plenty to experience for young and old. In the basement there is a great recreation room with a bar, ping pong table, darts and table football, while the large number of bedrooms, bathrooms and sitting rooms also offer options to find a bit of privacy.

During the summer months, the hiking routs lead directly from the doorstep and the mountain biker will never be bored. In the winter, the house is perfect for a weekend of fun in the snow on the pistes and tracks thanks to its relatively high and central location. The large ski area of Winterberg is accessible within 10 minutes, and in the wider surroundings there are other (smaller) slopes which are perfect for families with children and offer a nice introduction to winter sports.

All in all, a lovely spacious house in a beautiful and central location.
