All of this if you reside in the beautiful detached holiday residence which was recently built on the sunny slope just above Mittersill. On the first and second floors there are 2 exceptionally luxurious apartments which make up this detached holiday residence. Ideal for families travelling together or friends, with a great deal of privacy. Each charmingly furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a balcony, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and naturally a fridge/freezer combination. In total you have 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms at your disposal. Multiple lovely balconies assure that you can enjoy the sun and the healthy mountain air. The free ski bus departs only 300 metres from the house and will whisk you to the giga-massive ski area of Kitzbühel in only a few minutes. Walking, Nordic skiing or sledding is available in the surrounding area. A visit to the many sights, such as the Groβglockner, is worth the effort in the other seasons. The Krimmel waterfalls or the national park visitors centre area also worth a visit. In short, a great deal of luxury, space and a beautiful central location.
