Description

The apartment is located about 600m from the sea. It is located in a quiet residential area with very little traffic. The apartment has a large part dedicated to the courtyard, the garden and the car park, all independent and fenced.

The beach offers a good service with bathing establishments equipped with beach umbrellas, deck chairs, bars, pedal boats and attractions for young and old.

Within a radius of 200 meters you can find a supermarket, fruits and vegetables, restaurants and a children's playground. Furthermore at about 2,5 km away you find the shopping mall Iper Rubicone, one of the largest in the Romagna.

We recommend excursions by motorboat departing from the beach close to Casa Ivan to visit Rimini, Riccione and other places accessible by sea.

From Casa Ivan it is possible within a radius of 30/40 km to visit tourist spots and historical very famous sites such as the Republic of San Marino, San Leo, the castle of Gradara and the Marecchia Valley with plenty of local characteristic restaurants.
