Casa Rosada is an attractive two story Spanish villa. It is in 3 hectares of land, of which 4000 m are enclosed. It is in a quiet area amongst the hills of Es Cubells. The villa is around 10 minutes by car from San José with its attractive bars, restaurants and shops. There are many pleasant small bays nearby.

The entrance gate opens by remote control. There is a large parking space under a pergola. There is an attractive covered terrace with a wooden dining table in front of the house. Another terrace behind the house has a large brick-built barbecue. The swimming pool and sun terrace are on a lower level. They are surrounded by a luxuriant garden and orchard.

Casa Rosada has a living/dining room with a comfortable lounge suite, dining area and open fire place. French windows open onto the covered terrace which has a large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and dining table. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with double beds and plenty of cupboard space. There is a large bathroom with wash basin, bath, shower and toilet. And a bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet. All bedrooms have airconditioning.
