Domaine de la Cadenède is the ideal place for a family reunion to celebrate a birthday, a reunion with friends or a work seminar with colleagues.
Large house that can accommodate 25 people (or 30 with supplement): 12 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, several lounges, large dining room, summer kitchen with barbecues by the 14 x 7 m swimming pool open from April 2 to 22 October.

Many leisure activities on site (swimming pool, billiards, digital piano with karaoke, table tennis, table football, 12 mountain bikes, fitness room, volleyball court, bowling alley) and in the surrounding area, both sporting, cultural and relating to nature.
Central heating and 2 fireplaces. Free wifi internet access. No neighbors or caretaker on site.
2.5 hectare wooded park with loudspeakers and lighting throughout the area for your outdoor evenings. Linen provided, final cleaning + 4 hours during the week included.
Pool and garden maintenance provided. Possibility of catering, babysitting, tourist circuit, seminars, filming or advertising. Fabulous view of the Millau viaduct.
Weekly or weekend rental, depending on the season. Open all year.
You will be able to see our house, the Domaine de la Cadenède in Millau (as well as the landscapes of the Causse Noir and the village of Couvertoirade) in the film "les chants de Mandrin", the 4th feature film by Rabah Ameur-Zaïmeche which comes out in theaters on January 25, 2012.

Neighborhood

La Cadenède is a large house located 4 km from the city center of Millau, on the southwest slope, at the top of the rue de la Croix Vieille. From Millau station, take rue Georges Pompidou until the 2nd set of traffic lights, cross the railway line and take rue de la Croix Vieille opposite. Go up this axis for 4 km, following the “Stand de Tir” indications. La Cadenède is located 1,200 meters after the shooting range, in the countryside, just after the 2 planted menhirs, with the Millau viaduct, splendid and totally silent, as a backdrop.

By car:
- by the A 75 motorway, from the north via Clermont Ferrand, Lyon or Séverac le Château, or from the south via Béziers or Montpellier (exit Millau n ° 45). If you arrive from the south, you cross the Millau viaduct.
- by the D999 / D992, coming from Toulouse, Albi, Saint-Affrique
- by the D907, coming from the Gorges du Tarn, Rivière sur Tarn, Aguessac
- by the D999, coming from St Jean du Bruel, Nant and the Gorges de la Dourbie
