Description

The farm has two floors, has been fully renovated and is furnished in rustic, charming Mediterranean style. There is space for 10 around the dining table. The living room opens out onto a patio (17 m2) with flowers where you can enjoy the sun even if there is a lot of wind. The south facing salon opens onto a spacious terrace (56 m2) with two tables. The covered pergola laced with vines assures plenty of shadow, but does not block the panoramic views of the reservoir of Viñuela, the olive grove covered hills and the sea. You can prepare fish and meat on the brick barbeque next to the old bread oven. There is also a spacious terrace around the private swimming pool with a shower, shade, many lounges, tables and chairs. You can also play ping pong. There are three swings in the playground for the children. The road to the next property is paved. There are parking spaces on the plot of 3500 m2 next to the holiday home.

The nearby village of Periana with its various shops and old church will lure you out to a walk through the streets, after which you can have a glass of wine in a bar or sample the home-made dishes in one of the restaurants. The home is located approx. 50 minutes from Málaga airport.
