Can Vadella

Description

Can Vadella is a unique finca (about 40.000 m²) with splendid views of the Ses Roques Altes Mountains and the valley of Es Canal de Sa Torre; you can enjoy complete rest and privacy here and enjoy nature around. The finca is 300 years old. It has been carefully renovated using traditional materials. There is extensive use of wood and natural stone. Most furniture is specially handmade.

The large terrace in front of the house has a fine pergola which is the perfect place to relax. There is a covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ, a pond and a swimming pool (cross-cur about 7 m., depth about 1,60 m.) with sun loungers.

The finca is in the beautiful Cala Vadella Nature Reserve. It is 4 km from the picturesque village of San José, 2 km from the beach of Cala Vadella and near the Cala d'Hort, Cala Tarida and Cala Conta beaches.

Through the double doors you enter the comfortable living room with rustic furniture, a wood burning stove and a seating area equipped with satellite TV, Dvd, WiFi and iPod connection. Behind the living room you find the dining room with a very special authentic wooden ceiling. The kitchen is behind the dining room and is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The charming dining room has a beautiful wooden dining table.

The bedrooms are very cosy and also here many wooden accents are present. In the main house you'll find the main bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Through a separate entrance you enter the second bedroom with two single beds and also an en suite bathroom. In the small guest house, a few meters from the main house, you have two other bedrooms with a double bed and an en suite bathroom each. All these bedrooms have air conditioning. The four bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Through a typical stair behind the main house you'll enter the extra fifth bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom has a very low ceiling, no air conditioning and shares the bathroom in the main house.

In the garden there is a SPA zone, where you can get Ayurveda treatments, Acupunctur, Thai massages and yoga lessons with a group or private. We also provide service to rent a boat, horse back riding excursions, mountain bike excursions and diving excursions.
