Description

Since August 2022, we have finalized the development of the old dovecote giving way to an independent duplex gîte with an area of 2 x 32 m² also benefiting from a beautiful terrace of 20 m² with a view of the plain and the Vercors . Access is from the north side of the building with a large gravel parking lot of 200 m².
The cottage has a maximum capacity of eight beds: two bedrooms with double bed (140 x 190 cm) located upstairs and two quality convertible sofas (140 x 190 cm) located respectively on the ground floor and upstairs. upstairs. It is also possible to install up to two travel cots for babies aged 0 to 2 years.
For your greatest comfort, sheets and towels are provided and included in the price, as are cleaning fees. The cottage has all the equipment you will need, including reversible air conditioning in each bedroom, living room with convertible sofa, a large fully equipped kitchen, breakfasts not being included in the service.

For your breakfasts, we recommend the artisanal bakery La Mie Meyran which will delight your taste buds located just 600 meters in the center of the village.
The cottage is independent without access to the swimming pool of the guest house, however it is possible to privatize the entire area with a total capacity of 24 beds and benefit from the park, the swimming pool as well as all the equipment of The Big House.
If you rent the gîte alone, you will still be able to enjoy numerous swimming sites during the summer located nearby, such as the rivers (La Drôme, La Gervanne, La Roanne, L'Eyrieux, L'Ardèche), the lakes with games, (Beaumont-les-Valence: La Truite du Père Eugène, Etoile-sur-Rhône: Etoile Park 26, St Donat-sur-Herbasse: Champos lake, St Barthélémy-de-Vals: Vernets lake) or the Epervière swimming pool complex with games in Valence.
Concerning your first meals, we can also provide you with reservations prepared jars made from fresh local products from our partner La Note Gourmande (based in Allex) with the starter/main course/dessert formula at the price of €25 per person. .

In terms of conditions, we will ask you for a 50% deposit upon reservation and the balance to be paid one week before your arrival. Check-in/check-out times are identical to the guest house with arrival possible from 4 p.m. and departure no later than 11 a.m. Depending on reservations and your wishes, it is always possible to adapt these times as best as possible.
We also ask for stays of a minimum duration of five nights.
