Discover this beautiful Lotus cottage specially designed to meet the desires of well-being and comfort. Surrounded by nature, this charming cottage in the Ardèche has been refurbished and renovated in an old farmhouse. It has all the advantages and comforts you will need for your stay. To offer you maximum relaxation, we have put at your disposal a heated swimming pool of 6m x 12m which will make you benefit from a great moment of relaxation.
All access to the cottage is private. You can park your vehicle in a dedicated parking space. The enclosure is closed by an electric gate which guarantees its safety. Access to the gîte will be via this entrance. This charming cottage in the Ardèche is 50 m2 and has 2 single bedrooms, both fully equipped, as well as a sofa bed on the living room side. The capacity of this single-storey cottage is 4 to 6 people.
Many advantages are added to this, such as air conditioning and a 35m² terrace where you can admire the surrounding nature and where lunch is possible. A barbecue is at your disposal. The main living room contains a convertible sofa and a television. A fully equipped kitchen is added to the living room.
It is composed of the following elements: Oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing part, Induction hob, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, Kettle, toaster, Dishwasher, Complete crockery, Raclette machine (on request) .
The two bedrooms of this cottage in the Ardèche each include sheets and duvets as well as a storage cupboard and an office space. The bathroom is composed of a shower, a sink and a washing machine. However, the toilets are independent.

A remote control will be given to you with a deposit of 60€ which will be returned to you when it is returned.

Cleaning charge €80, everything is included: tourist tax, sheets, towels and household linen. On weekends, arrivals are on Friday and departure on Sunday.
