Le Mas du Caïroun is located 4 km from the villages of Beaumes-de-Venise, Aubignan and Caromb, surrounded by nature, with a breathtaking view of the Dentelles de Montmirail. You will take a long alley of 40 olive trees to arrive in the inner courtyard of the farmhouse. The two bicentennial plane trees will offer you the shade you need for your midday meals and aperitifs, to the song of the cicadas. The old farmhouse, renovated from top to bottom with noble materials in 2013, is equipped to accommodate 25 people in complete comfort.
You will enjoy the swimming pool, the large terrace of 60 m², the garden, the shaded patio, the pétanque track, and the trampoline in all serenity. The estate, which covers 5 hectares, is used for agricultural activities. There is a large private parking lot near the house.
In July and August, the entire property can be privatized, for a maximum of 25 people, from Saturday to Saturday. In April, May, June and September, the Grand Mas is available for weekends and long weekends. If we rent for 20 people maximum, the owners will stay next door in all discretion, the tenants will have the sole use of the swimming pool, interior garden, pétanque area, trampoline etc ...
