You will find all amenities in Amboise (restaurant, leclerc, bars, shops) about 10 minutes from the cottage by car. Access to the communal pétanque court located 50 meters from the gîte, as well as to a children's play area with ping-pong table, slide and outdoor games.
Below the cottage you will have access to a shaded area with direct access to the river (possibility of fishing).
