It's fully equipped and has air conditioning and electric shutters and screens so that you totally enjoy the French nights . In the kitchen you find a Jura coffee machine which provides you the most delicious coffee on your own terrace while you watch the squirrels in the mature umbrella pinetrees. To cool down you can use the beautiful large shower with teak floor or the spacious swimming pool in the park-like garden surrounded by a teak terrace and lawn.

The owners and their 2 sharpei dogs that reside in the villa master the art of receiving. They're discreet if needed and are welcoming and helpful if wanted. To complete your holiday you can ask them for example if you can rent their bikes or to organize your transport from and to the airport. From this gîte, you have a great starting base for day trips. In the lively center of Boulouris there's a train station with direct connections to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. And what about a water taxi from Saint Raphael to Saint Tropez!
