This family home, steeped in history, is ideal for recharging your batteries and spending pleasant moments together, summer and winter alike... This large house is divided into two independent villas for 8 people each or 16 people together.
Villa Ficaja of 100 m2 on 2 floors, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room. A beautiful wooden table welcomes you for indoor meals. A very pleasant little lounge by the fireplace. TV. FREE WIFI.

Equipped open kitchen You will find on your arrival everything you need (coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, paper towel, toilet paper, pods: coffee, washing machine and dishwasher.) allowing you to arrive serenely .

1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 190, 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 trundle bed 90 x 190. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 basins. Separate WC, 1 second bedroom, 2 single beds forming 1 bed 180 X 190, 1 bathroom (1 shower basin and WC) outside. All rooms have reversible air conditioning.
Exterior:
Outside, a covered terrace with dining area and barbecue awaits you and a second shaded terrace where you will never tire of looking at the 180° view. Bed linen and towels are provided.

* Checkin (arrival in the apartment) is possible from 5 p.m. and checkout (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 9:30 a.m. However, we can arrange to change the checkin/checkout times if necessary.
* Bath towels are always provided.
* Pets are allowed but only on request. As the garden is shared with Acciagina, they must in no case cause any nuisance. Thank you for your understanding.
