The sun worshippers will find sun loungers and parasols on the terrace. The holiday home is approx. 49 m and is located on the ground floor of the house.

The holiday home is the ideal base for walks, mountain biking and cycling trips, or mountaineering in the national park Berchtesgaden.
In the direct proximity you can go bowling, paragliding, horse riding, tobogganing, skating, swimming, playing squash, tennis, etc. In winter you can visit the varied, excellent ski areas. You can choose from the ski areas "Jenner" (1800m, 5 km), "Götschen" (to 1300m, 3 km) and "Rossfeld" (to 1600m, 8 km).

The main attractions in the region are (amongst others) the Mozart city, Salzburg (20 km); the Salzbergwerk; the Königssee; the thermal baths in Berchtesgaden and the Rupertus thermal baths; the crystal clear mountain lake Thumsee in Bad Reichenhall.
