In the heart of France, Gîte de Villenoue is located on a cereal farm. You will be staying in an 18th century house on an unfenced 4000m² plot that can accommodate 15 people in 6 bedrooms on 3 levels. Spending a stay in our gîte means rediscovering the time to enjoy days lazing in the fresh air, a real reason to change the pace and go in search of a new balance! It means being quiet, without being totally in a remote location, since we are 4 km from the sub-prefecture of Indre, Issoudun (train station 5 km away).
Visitors will find on the ground floor: 1 large kitchen with fully equipped dining room of 29 m², 1 living room of 33 m² with TV, 2 bedrooms of 14 m² for 2 people each (1 bed of 160 and 2 beds of 90), 1 bathroom water, toilet, 1 independent toilet.
Visitors will find on the 1st floor: 1 large bedroom of 19 m² with 2 beds of 90, 2 bedrooms of 15 m² with 1 bed of 140 each, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 relaxation or conference room, library of 16 m² with TV and balconies.
Visitors will find on the 2nd floor: converted attic of 60 m² equipped with 5 beds of 90, with table football and TV (which we call "children's room").
