The gîte is a former café arranged on 3 levels. You will appreciate here its garden without vis-à-vis, fully enclosed and nicely landscaped, with its three terraces, its barbecue area and its ping-pong tables for convivial games!

The gîte is a spacious house of 500 m² which offers you on the ground floor: an entrance, 1 bedroom (1 bed of 160), a shower room and a laundry room, a separate toilet. On the 1st: a living room with living room, lounge and French billiard table opening onto the terrace, as well as a fitted kitchen with back kitchen, an office (screen, keyboard, mouse), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), a bathroom bathroom (accessible from the hallway and from the bedroom) and a separate toilet.
