Old building typical of the years from 1740 to 1820, a total of 10 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 WCs. Our 3 cottages have all the comfort and equipment for 2, 10/12 or 19 people and in particular: gîte l'Epervier (sleeps 18): heating provided by a pellet stove with automatic programming and laundry room.

Le Pivert gîte (sleeps 10 to 12 max): heating provided by fan coil units in reversible height (heating and air conditioning). Very comfortable, it allows you to set the thermostat to the exact temperature you want.

La mésange gîte (sleeps 2): wood heating and electric convector.
The Domaine de Trémagouët is located in the heart of Romantic Brittany and brings together the lodges of the birds of passage, the Sparrowhawk and Le Pivert, which are located in the farmhouse, a beautiful earth and stone house, 40 m long, facing the South.

Also on the estate, in separate buildings: the Studio de la Chouette (recording studio) with its multi-activity room upstairs, called La Salle de l'Hirondelle as well as the lodging of La Mésange, original accommodation and atypical which was carried out on the occasion of the renovation of the old bakehouse.

Access to the indoor swimming pool and the hammam is included in your rental. It is also possible to have a cook come on site for your meals.
