This cottage is housed in an old farmhouse in the heart of the Ardèche. It has a parking space in an enclosure closed by an electric gate, it is completely new and fully equipped with all the necessary comforts. In the area we offer a heated swimming pool of 6 m X 12 m surrounded by beautiful vegetation and secure.

This 78 m2 gite is accessible via the parking space. It is on one level upstairs, with a 27 m2 terrace where meals are possible with its barbecue to enjoy holidays with family or friends in the Ardèche. The living room on the living room side consists of a sofa bed for 2 people with television and a small coffee table.

In a large veranda, a fully equipped kitchen is available to you with a traditional oven, a microwave, a refrigerator including a freezing section, an induction hob, an electric coffee maker, a Nespresso, a kettle, a toaster , a dishwasher and complete crockery. On request we can provide you with a raclette machine.

The first bedroom consists of 2 beds of 80X200 with duvet or light blanket depending on the season as well as a storage cupboard. The bathroom has a shower cabin, 2 basins and a washing machine. The toilets are independent. The second bedroom has 2 80X200 beds with duvet or light blanket as well as a storage cupboard and its bathroom with shower benefits from a beautiful space. Its toilets are independent.

In the cottage you will find the following items: Iron and ironing board, A drying rack
On reservation: changing table, baby bath, high chair, baby cot, playpen.

On request, we can provide you with bathroom linen (€8 per set). A remote control for the television will be given to you for a deposit of 60 € which will be returned to you when it is returned.
