A few hundred meters from the medieval city of Vannes in Morbihan, Villa M is an architect-designed house, classified 4 stars, with its feet in the water, overlooking the exit of the Vannes marina, and the very beginning of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Its garden, equipped with a large cedar jacuzzi for 6 people, is a shaded and invisible green setting, from where you can watch the parade of sailboats all day long.
Carefully renovated in 2022 and 2023 with the help of an architect, a decorator and a landscaper, Villa M can accommodate 10 to 12 people.
Its unique location in Vannes allows you to completely forget your car during your holidays: via the coastal path below the garden, you can on one side reach the historic center of Vannes, the medieval town and the market which are 800m away; and on the other side, also 800m away you see the pier for the islands, where water buses will take you every day to a different gulf island: Arz, Ile aux Moines, Ilur, Irus, Houat, Hoëdic…
You can rent a boat and moor it in front of the house or go down from the garden with your kayak to explore the Gulf of Morbihan, its islands and its small coves.

Between two jacuzzis, walk while whistling towards the immediately neighboring beaches via the coastal path: 0.6km away, Larmor Gwened (swimming at high tide) in its green setting, and 10 minutes by bike, Conleau and its water swimming pool sea under the tall pines. As for pétanque games, the shaded areas are opposite the house.
The local sport is to explore a different small island every day, discovering small coves. The water buses take you there from the pier for the islands located 800m from the villa. You can also rent a boat at the foot of the house (zodiac with or without skipper, sailboat) or go on an adventure by kayak. The kayak and rowing club is 300m from the house.
The Glénans sailing club at the port of Vannes offers courses all year round, their boats are moored 800m from the house. For younger children, La Mouette Sinagote offers optimist or catamaran courses, 7 minutes by car from the villa.
By following the towpath, you will be 500m facing the sea and the start of the Gulf of Morbihan. You can then choose to explore the Séné nature reserves by taking the GR 34, either by bike or for a nice jog, escorted by geese and applauded by wild rabbits.
