The House, very comfortable and of high standard, very spacious (235m2 - 7 bedrooms on two floors, 3 bathrooms including one with bathtub, 3 toilets, on 1,750 m2 of wooded land with terrace at the front and back, air conditioning in the living rooms on the ground floor, a swing with rings and swings, parking in the garden for 2 vehicles.

The House was completely renovated in 2019 - all the bedding is new, the bathrooms, toilets, kitchen are new - all the equipment making up the House is new as is the interior decoration.

All bathrooms offer a walk-in shower – the one upstairs has a bathtub. They are refined in a very refined style of decoration. One of the bathrooms on the ground floor has a double sink and a storage cupboard. The second bathroom on the ground floor includes, in addition to the Italian shower, a toilet. All the toilets are suspended and finely decorated with ceramics. All the materials used are of quality, such as the lights offered in the bathrooms and toilets.

American kitchen with central island:
The American kitchen is structured around a central island and is very friendly and practical. You can cook while looking at the garden. Bar seats allow you to have meals on the go directly on the central island. The kitchen offers complete equipment: 2 electric induction hobs with 3 burners, two extractor hoods, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher (in the central island) which is built-in, 1 double refrigerator (fridge part and freezer), coffee machine, teapot, toaster, blender, kitchen utensils. All kitchen equipment is new (plates – glasses – dishes – pans, etc.).

Dining room with American bar:
The dining room is opened by a French window onto the garden terrace and on the right side under the roof with two French windows. It is widely open to the kitchen with its American bar. The dining room table allows meals to be taken by 10 people seated (teak table 3 meters long by 1 meter wide). The dining room is located under the roof (no space on the 1st floor) which gives an impression of space (more than 6 meters under the ceiling).

Living room with its fireplace:
The living room is opened by three French doors onto a 15m2 roof terrace overlooking the dead end – due west. The living room with a large fireplace is located in continuity with the dining room (at a right angle). This space is warmly decorated and comfortable (2 3/4 seater sofas and 2/3 places), three coffee tables, numerous armchairs for playing cards or doing puzzles, etc.

Mezzanine on the 1st floor (TV area):
The mezzanine is equipped with a large LCD flat screen and wifi. Two small sofas allow you to comfortably enjoy either TV programs or a good book.

Children's corner – (1 bedroom in the attic and an adjoining room):
On the first floor, above the garage and under the attic, two rooms have been specially designed for children - they are a little out of the way and can play in the room adjoining the bedroom in complete peace and quiet for everyone. .

The House is equipped with Internet accessible by wifi (freebox). The access codes are attached to the email sending the rental contract.

Laundry room:
The laundry room is located next to the kitchen - it includes a wine rack - two washing machines/dryers laundry bins as well as a second refrigerator (if there are many of you to store and cool the bottles). You have a drying rack for drying laundry in the garden - three poles for hanging laundry are also available outside La Maison (on the left on the Pinède side).

Electric heating (for winter and spring)/Fireplace:
The kitchen and dining room have electric heating – as do the 3 bathrooms (electric towel dryers) – 6 bedrooms are also equipped with electric heating. Heating of La Maison can also be done by means of the large fireplace located in the living room.
