Villa Rachel-Marguerite, typically Canaulaise, is located in the center of Lacanau Océan, in a quiet street. It welcomes up to 6 people throughout the year for weekends, weeks and short stays. Completely comfortable, the villa is classified as a 4-star “Furnished Tourist” and labeled 4 holiday keys. Surrounded by a private garden of 1300m², you can enjoy a bubbling SPA on the covered terrace with a temperate outdoor shower. Nothing better for sunbathing or having a good barbecue. An enclosed room in the garden equipped, among other things, with a washing machine, a dryer and a drying rack, also allows you to park bicycles, store windsurf boards and surfboards, and dry combinations.

You will be only 400m from the ocean beach and its famous surf spots! And with shops 100m away, this villa is an ideal place for a walking or cycling holiday. Everything is close ! If it's golf that attracts you, beginners will go to the 9-hole course of La Méjanne and experienced players practice on the 18-hole international course of Ardilouse. Many other sports are practiced in Lacanau: water skiing, sailing, horse riding, hiking, tennis, squash... and you can also take advantage of your vacation to do nothing. What is practical: private parking to park your or your vehicles.

3 Bedrooms, for 6 people: - "Horizon" master suite with 1 large double bed 160 x 200 - "Dune" bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 (can be twinned) - Ocean Bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 (can be twinned). The villa was completely redone for the 2012 season. Only the bathroom of the master suite redone in 2011 was not touched, but it has become private with the independent WC opening into the bathroom. This bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. Two bedrooms ("Dune" and "Ocean") have been created in the extension of the villa with a bathroom and a WC. They each have 2 single beds of 90 x 200 (can be combined). All bedding has been changed for the 2012 season. The 'umbrella' bed for babies is still available free of charge.

The bathrooms have a large walk-in shower, a sink unit, a hair dryer (1600W) with 2 universal shaver sockets. The WCs are independent and WC 1 is private to the “Horizon” master suite. A bathtub and a toilet seat reducer are available to Baby free of charge. The Spa for 6 people is located under the terrace and an outdoor shower is at 37°.
