Purchased in November 2021 and following months of refurbishment, Eymet Cottage is extremely well equipped and comfortable, ensuring an enjoyable stay.
The Cottage offers reverse cycle aircon throughout, open plan lounge with 42” Smart TV, dining and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances including AEG electric oven and induction hob, Siemens full size dishwasher, LG American style fridge freezer with ice maker and filter, combined LG washing machine/tumble dryer, Combi microwave oven, toaster, kettle, blender and Nespresso coffee maker.
The ground floor Master bedroom, adjacent to the dining room also has its own entrance, king size bed (150x200) and large adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower.
Next door to the lounge is an additional room which is ideal for catching up on emails etc.
Stairs lead to the 1st floor with a further two twin bedrooms, each with 90x200 beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers and WC.
WiFi throughout
The private garden can be accessed directly from the dining room and offers a terrace for Alfresco dining, charcoal BBQ, heated pool, sun loungers and parasols.
100% cotton bed Linen, towels and pool towels are included in the rate and beds are made for arrival.

Located in the peaceful countryside of the Dordogne 5 minutes from the 13th century Bastide of Monpazier classified among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France". Monpazier and Eymet holiday homes are the ideal base for discovering the Dordogne. The bastides of Belvès and Beaumont, the Dordogne river surrounded by medieval villages and fortresses and the 18-hole golf course of Lolivarie are 15 minutes away. Bergerac is 30 minutes away. By car in the other direction, in less than 30 minutes, you can visit the beautiful bastide towns of Villeréal and Monflanquin in the Lot-et-Garonne.
