Leaning against the side of the Coutach massif at the foot of which flows the Vidourle river, Sauve is a remarkable medieval village with the “Village de Caractère” label.
Walking through the alleys of the village, we discover the remains of the ramparts, the fortified gates, the 2 medieval towers, the vaults and alleys.
