Welcome to Mas Sedat, a haven of peace and comfort nestled among chestnut trees in an exceptional natural setting. This ideal cottage for families and groups of friends offers an idyllic setting for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
This typical Ardèche farmhouse, owned by my family since 1678, has been tastefully restored, preserving its authentic charm while offering modern amenities. A secure garage with automatic opening is available.
Mas Sedat offers a unique experience thanks to its high-quality amenities. The property is distinguished by its private 10-meter by 5-meter salt-water swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days, and its sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.
The pool will be heated (*depending on the season and at an additional cost) and covered (Coverseal), and a 5-seater Jacuzzi jacuzzi will be installed in spring 2025 (genuine Jacuzzi brand).
Reversible air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure optimal comfort all year round. A garage with automatic opening is included in the rental.
The cottage extends over three floors, each offering comfortable and well-appointed living spaces:
Ground Floor: A large, bright living room directly overlooking the pool, equipped with a large television and sofa, as well as a bathroom, toilet, and sauna. A washing machine is also available. This is the perfect place to relax with family or friends while enjoying the pool view.
First Floor: A large, spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, overlooking a small interior courtyard to the north, perfect for lunch in the shade. This convivial space is ideal for meals, barbecues, and lively evenings.
Second floor: Three comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a television and Wi-Fi. The first bedroom has a double bed, a private bathroom, and a toilet. The second bedroom, with a double bed, and the third bedroom, with two single beds and an armchair that converts into an extra bed, share a bathroom and toilet. All bedding and furniture in the bedrooms are new, ensuring optimal comfort.
For an unforgettable vacation, a hiking trail passes right by the farmhouse, providing access to all the activities and shops in our village, including restaurants, bars, a grocery store, and the local Sunday morning market. There's no shortage of activities in our beautiful region:
