Large set of 2 adjoining accommodations, south of Lyon, with swimming pool and very nice view of the Regional Natural Park of Pilat.

South of Lyon, on the heights of Condrieu and in the Regional Natural Park of Pilat, large gite of character that can accommodate 15 people in 2 adjoining gites (1 gite for 12 and 1 gite for 3 people).

This beautiful character house (19th) with swimming pool, located near the hiking trails, the Côtes Rôties vineyards and the Roches de Condrieu nautical leisure center, also includes the owners' accommodation, Le grand gîte (12 people) is arranged on 3 levels. DRC : entrance into kitchen/dining room (fully equipped), large hall with wood pellet stove, technical room, laundry room, WC, shower and bathroom.

1st floor: left side, a large living room and 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Right side, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, private terrace), small hallway for access to shower room and WC. 2nd floor: living room/library, 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed + single bed on the mezzanine), (3 single beds), small hallway for access to shower room and wc.

3rd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Reversible climate control. The 2nd gîte (3 people) has a day room (access via 3 steps, fully equipped kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with sofa bed for 1 person).

1 double bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 cm or 2 beds 80 x 200cm as needed). Shower room and separate toilet accessible from the bedroom. Baby equipment and hygiene products available. Outside: terrace under covered shelter, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, enclosed garden with trees, hammock, private courtyard and terrace (owners can pass), shared garden with swimming pool reserved for accommodation (accessible from 01 May September 30), parking on the property.
