Small cottage south of Lyon, on the heights of Condrieu, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Pilat.
Small gite fitted out in a beautiful house with character (from the 19th century), also including a large gite for 12 people and the owners' accommodation.
Hiking trails, Côtes Rôties vineyards with tasting cellars and Roches de Condrieu nautical base nearby.
Covered shelter giving access to the entrance of the gîte. Vast living room with character, access by 3 steps, fully equipped kitchen area, dining area and lounge area with sofa convertible into a double bed, small balcony with lovely view of the Pilat.
1 bedroom for 2 people, 1 bed of 160 x 200 cm or 2 beds of 80 x 200 cm as needed. Cot on request. Shower room and separate toilet accessible from the bedroom.
Outside: terrace under covered shelter, garden furniture, barbecue. Enclosed garden with trees, hammock. Parking, ELECAR electric charging terminal (electricity consumption to be paid extra).

From Lyon, A7 motorway, AMPUIS / CONDRIEU exit. In Condrieu direction Trèves / Rive-de-Gier.
At the Rozay roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Château du Rozay, then the 1st road on the right before the castle, and the 1st road on the left. The house is opposite, at the end of the road.
