At the edge of the river which runs alongside the property, the shared park of this old mill is ideal for getting together as a couple, with family or friends. Spend good times around the pétanque court, the ping-pong table, the badminton net, the children's play area (swing and trampoline) or the swimming pool*. All in a bucolic atmosphere. Dive into the swimming pool or relax on a deckchair while listening to the lapping of the river, the choice is yours. The brazzero placed at the water's edge suggests beautiful evenings. Also relax in the wellness area equipped with an infrared sauna.

The Le Mûrier gîte is located in a stone outbuilding, in which there is a second gîte. Each has its own entrance. The gîte is accessed by going down a staircase of around ten steps. Beautiful terrace not overlooked in the shade of a mulberry tree, furnished with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. The interior of the cottage is neat and comfortable. In the air-conditioned living room there is an equipped kitchen area, a dining area and lounge area (with TV, Bluetooth speaker, and stereo). Two bedrooms (one with two 90 cm beds and the other with a 140 cm bed) and two bathrooms are present. The WC is independent, and a storeroom with washing machine is available. The owners residing on site take great care to ensure that your stay is stress-free.
