At the heart of a 15-hectare wine estate renowned for its organic label, the Villa is a character house with private swimming pool.

On the ground floor :
- large living room of 55 m² with sofas and armchairs in front of the fireplace (wood provided free of charge), desk and chair, bookcase, 120cm flat screen TV and stereo with wall-mounted speakers.
- dining room.
- kitchen with high table and 4 high chairs, 5-burner gas piano, oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, Cassis stone sink.
- laundry room with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, second large freezer, storage cupboards, household utensils, steam generator with ironing board, sink and food processor.
- bathroom with large walk-in shower 120x150cm, sink and WC.

Upstairs :
- a 1st bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk with an armchair and flat screen TV.
- a 2nd bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, small sofa, chest of drawers, side table and mirror.
- a 3rd attic bedroom of 10 m² with 1 140x190cm bed and 1 90x190cm bed.
- a 4th attic bedroom of 10 m² adjoining with 1 140x190cm bed
- communicating bathroom between the first 2 bedrooms with bathtub and multi-jet walk-in shower 100x130cm, WC and double sink.

Exposed beams in all bedrooms and in the dressing room. Heated floor (geothermal).
