It includes 6 to 16 possible beds (very comfortable inflatable mattress); 5 bedrooms with double bed, 3 of which have their own bathroom, 1 with balcony and sea view. The 4th bedroom has a bathroom with spa bath, walk-in shower and toilet, sea view balcony.
A large fully equipped kitchen, 3 living rooms, 2 of which have a convertible sofa. Landscaped garden with jacuzzi swimming spa from May to September. To welcome you, this large villa of 200 m2 located 100 meters from the beach and the sea, offers you on several levels:

On the ground floor (also accessible from the garden):
- A living-dining room with convertible sofa
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- A bathroom separate from the bedroom and toilet
Raised ground floor:
- 1 large fully equipped kitchen
- 2 living rooms, one with a convertible sofa

1st floor :
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. (1 160cm bed and 1 140cm bed) including one with sea view
- 1 master bedroom (160 cm bed) with a balcony overlooking the sea, a bathroom with a spa bath as well as a walk-in shower and WC

2nd floor: 5th bedroom
- Large space with double bed (120 cm wide), a modular sofa, television, as well as a water point near the bed (sink, bathroom cabinet)

Landscaped garden with jacuzzi swimming spa from May to September, garden furniture, deckchairs. Unfortunately due to the high cost of electricity this year, the jacuzzi is no longer offered in the winter season except 60% supplement October to December and April. Most of the equipment is provided for your comfort. 2 beach umbrellas, a paddle and some beach games are at your disposal free of charge. Board games, books, games for children;

Tea towels, sponges, bath mats provided. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be provided on request at an additional cost. Possibility of parking 2 to 3 vehicles depending on their size inside the property (automatic gate) and free parking on the street.
