New villa 240 m² offering great comfort, space, tranquillity. View of the town of Aubenas. South, southeast exposure. None opposite. Private parking. Pool and Spa.
A spa for 4 people will be for you, relaxation and well-being for your holidays. Ideally located between the gorges (vallon pont d'arc) and the Ardèche mountains (Gerbier de Jonc).
The most beautiful villages and great sites of southern Ardèche are a few kilometers away: Balazuc, Labeaume, Vogüe, Lagorce, Chauvet-Pont d'Arc cave, Aven d'Orgnac, national nature reserve of the Ardèche gorges, woods from Païolive, the Chassezac gorges, the Monts d'Ardèche regional natural park, (Lac d'Issarlès, Thueyts, Ray-Pic), the Cévennes national park, etc.
In this natural setting, you can practice a multitude of sports activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cycling, canoeing / kayaking, climbing, running, paragliding and even skydiving at 200 km / h … Aubenas aerodrome is 5 km from your place of residence (5 minutes by car).
The Cirque de Gens and its climbing routes are 15 minutes away. The Via Ardèche (greenway), starting point for hiking or cycling, is 250 m from our house.
The Ardèche river, the beach and the Vogüé canoe base are 5 km from our accommodation. Near Aubenas 3 km
