Activities: swimming in the river, canoeing, horse riding, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, tree climbing, caving. Cultural visits: Ardèche Gorges, Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, Grotte Chauvet and charming little villages…

cancellation conditions: Free cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date. If confinement was introduced on the dates of your stay, we undertake to return your reservation deposit in full. The balance of the stay, the tourist tax, the end of stay cleaning, the deposit of 1500 € (by check not cashed) will be payable on the day of arrival.
Other conditions: Supplement in case of overconsumption of electricity (air conditioning). Included in the price 100 kWh for the week (the additional kWh is charged €0.28)
The villa is for 6/7 people maximum (adult, child, baby included)

Bed linen is provided and departure cleaning is included in the price for weekend rentals of 2/3 nights.

We do not have an internet connection (new villa in progress).
Free private parking is available on site. 2 cars
Out of high season (July, August) possibility of renting the villa for 2/4 people contact us for the price.
No extra beds can be placed in the rooms.
Pets are not allowed.
