Can Bosque is a finca in Santa Agnes. The finca is 300 years old. It is in a quiet location in the hilly countryside of Santa Agnes. It is surrounded by beautiful grounds with centuries old olive trees. The finca is between San Mateo and Santa Agnes, two small villages with a beautiful church and a restaurant. The home is 15 minutes by car from the Cala Salada beach. It is 5 minutes by car from Santa Agnes with its famous valley of almond trees. On 20 km from Can Bosque you will found the cosy city Ibiza Town. The whole area is perfect for walkers and people who enjoy discovering small bays and inlets away from the hustle and bustle.

The grounds are completely enclosed. You enter through electronic gates. There is a large terrace in front of the house with an 11 x 4 m swimming pool. There is a brick-built barbecue and a covered terrace with dining table. The main house has a large living room with an attractive seating area, fireplace, satellite TV, stereo and a beautiful old beamed ceiling. French windows open onto the terrace.

The adjacent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge and dishwasher. It has a comfortable dining area. Next is the storage area with washing machine. There are two bedrooms adjacent to the living room. One is a double bedroom, the other has twin beds. Both have their own bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Steps lead up to the third bedroom. This has a double bed, its own bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
