This detached holiday home is full of atmosphere. It is on the Finca La Fuenta de la Inspiración private estate and has a communal swimming pool. The home is in a quiet setting, just 2.5 kilometres from the village of Almendricos. You'll find bars, a restaurant and a supermarket in the village. The accommodation has every modern convenience, a cosy interior and good views of the delightful landscaped garden. There are also lemon and olive groves. The surrounding landscape is attractive and has mountains in the background. The area is known for its cultivation of almonds, olives and iceberg lettuce. The owner lives in the main building in the grounds. Extra rooms can be rented there if required. The swimming pool is shared with the owner.
The Costa Cálida beaches are 30 minutes away by car. The nearby San Juan de Los Terreros and Aguilas beaches have not yet been overrun by tourism. You can enjoy a wide range of sports and recreation in the area. This includes golf, tennis, diving, riding, go-carting, bowling, sailing, windsurfing and hire a boat. Nature lovers will enjoy the wonderful nature reserves in the area, such as the Sierra Espunã. The historic and lively city of Lorca is 25 minutes away by car and is well worth a visit. The cities of Murcia and Almeria are one hour away by car and Cartegna is 90 minutes.
