The well-maintained living room offers a cosy ambience and contains a sofa bed should you need extra sleeping space. The separate kitchen contains an oven and a dishwasher. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an extra shower and toilet. Internet access is available.

In summer, Mittersill is known for its abundance of leisure and recreation options, as well as its central location. There are lots of hiking and mountain sport options in the immediate vicinity, plus an 18-hole golf course. You can also explore the area's natural beauty by bike on the Tauern cycle path. For a refreshing dip you can head to the Mittersill outdoor swimming pool or the nearby Hollersbach bathing lake.
Shops, restaurants and the train station are less than a five-minute walk away. There is a bakery with a breakfast café directly across the way.

Downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding and ski touring - you will find all this and more at the fabulous Kitzbühel ski area. The lifts can be easily reached via the free ski train or bus. You can go tobogganing, snowshoeing or for a ride in a horse-drawn sleigh in the beautiful surrounding area. You can also go sledding at night on Europe's longest natural toboggan run (14 km) in nearby Bramberg, which is lighted. On Friday evenings there is even a free toboggan train.
