It is centrally located between the ski areas Kitzbühel & Kirchberg, Neukirchen & Bramberg and Europa Sportregion with the famous glacier of Kaprun where you can ski all year round. At only 10 min. of the chalet you will find the brand-new cable car in Hollersbach which takes you to the Kitzbüheler Alps. This ski area offers 160 km runs of all levels. At 50 meters of the house you can by train to the Panorama Lift where the ski area of the Kitzbuhler Alps is. The train stops in front of the lift. You can store your skis in the heated ski storage room.
