The swimming pool is on a lower level, surrounded by a natural stone sun terrace. The terrace has a brick-built barbecue. The swimming pool has gates for the safety of small children. You will enjoy a wonderful, extensive view of the valley and the San José hills from all the terraces.

You are only a few minutes by car from San José with its attractive bars, restaurants and shops. There are many pleasant beaches nearby, such as Cala Jondal, La Cala Virgen and Es Torrent, which is good for food.

The living area, with its attractive beamed ceiling, is comfortably furnished with a rattan lounge suite and large dining table. French windows open onto the terrace.
The spacious Spanish kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine is in a separate area. The house has three bedrooms; two double bedrooms and one twin. They share a bathroom with double wash basin, bath with shower and toilet. The second bathroom with wash basin and bath with shower has an outside entrance. The guest accommodation is accessible from outside. It has a twin and a single bedroom, bathroom, seating area with lounge suite and a small open-plan kitchen with dining table. French windows open onto a terrace.
