This large villa is built in a Mexican style. The villa is 1 km from Santa Gertrudis and 10 km from Ibiza Town. There are banks, supermarkets, a chemist, cafes and many good restaurants in Santa Gertrudis.

The villa is on an estate of 10,000 m2. The estate is enclosed by a brick wall and has pines, palms, fruit trees and a variety of flowers. Apart from the villa (410 m2), that is not occupied during the time the guest house is rented out separately, there is also a guest accommodation of 300 m2 with 4 bedrooms that can be rented separately. The landlord has a small house on the estate and there are a number of communal accommodations. There are ceiling ventilators and televisions in every bedroom in the villa. The villa is decorated in a colourful style. There are lots of cushions on the sofas and in the lounge areas. The kitchen has a hob with four. There is a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and fridge.

The guest accommodation has a seating area, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and walk-in cupboard. There is access to the garden. There is another double bedroom which also has access to the garden. There is a double bedroom and bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and double washbasin. This bathroom is shared with the bedroom above it. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin and outside access. There is a living room with an open fireplace and a kitchen with a dining area. There is a dining table for 10 people outside and a covered terrace.

There are two swimming pools. The biggest has a pool house with a covered terrace and a bathroom. There is a small basketball field and a paddle court.
