Villa Can Massaueta is a beautiful, light villa divided over two floors. It is situated in a residential area with a few on the counrty side, near Sant Jordi between Ibiza Town and Las Salinas. The villa is agreeably decorated and has comfortable furnishings with lounge suite and a large dining table. The swimming pool is at the front of the house. It has a large sun terrace, comfortable sunloungers and a Balinese style sitting area. There is a covered terrace around an ancient olive tree with a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. There is a guest bathroom behind the outdoor kitchen with shower and toilet.

The villa is ca. 4 km. from Ibiza Town and around 6 km. from the beaches of Las Salinas.

The comfortable living room is on the ground floor. A large sliding door opens onto the sun terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, large American fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate area. There are two twin bedrooms at the side of the house. One has a sliding door to the terrace. The bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. The master bedroom, with double bed, is on the first floor. It has a beautiful bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower, wash basin and toilet. The villa is totally air conditioned.
