Can Xumeu is a beautiful, recently renovated Finca style villa. It has high original Sabina Pine beamed ceilings and terracotta floors which keeps it constantly cool. Can Xumeu lies on a large plot of land in beautiful hilly scenery between San Carlos, Santa Eulalia and San Lorenso. There is a spectacular view of the valley and the hills from the terraces. The swimming pool and sunbathing terrace are at the side of the Finca and next to it, there is a big outdoor kitchen with a spacious dining table. The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden enclosed by natural stone walls.

Can Xumeu is around 10 minutes by car from Santa Eulalia with its many shops and restaurants and around 20 min from Ibiza Town.

The dining room has a large dining table. There is a seating area attached with French windows. The French windows open onto a covered terrace with a wonderful view. The kitchen is on the left of the dining room and has an open fireplace with seating area. It is fully equipped with a 5 burner cooker, oven, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and satellite TV. There are two bedrooms in the wing of the house. These are a twin and a double and they share a large bathroom with bath and shower. There is a double bedroom at the other side of the Finca with a pleasant ensuite bathroom with power shower. This bedroom has its own entrance from the covered terrace. There is a spacious double bedroom on the next floor with satellite TV and a large bathroom. French windows open on a small covered terrace, and another bedroom with double bed, with a lovely view of the valley, and a bathroom with wash basin, shower and toilet. There is a double bedroom at the side of the house with its own entrance. It has an ensuite bathroom with French windows opening onto a private terrace. A small set of steps leads to the garden. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
