This nostalgic villa is located on its own property of about 4400 m2 just outside of Epe (Wissel). There are multiple terraces around the residence, a large lawn and even a small forest. The garden and pond are both enclosed.
On the property, outside of the fence, there is a small residence, which is permanently inhabited.
Here you can enjoy quiet, space and the beautiful natural surroundings!

Epe is located in the northeast of the Veluwe nature area, about 26 km to the north of the centre of Apeldoorn.
The area is very inviting for walking and cycling. There are beautiful forests in the direct vicinity. The Wissel Fens and the Renderklippen are beautiful nature areas. The forests and heaths of the Royal Domain are also in the vicinity.
There are lovely excursions nearby, such as the Apenheul, palace of Het Loo or the family fun park the Queen Juliana Towers in Apeldoorn. Or visit the Anton Pieck Museum in Hattum, the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk, the Hanseatic cities of Elburg and Deventer and the charming shopping city of Zwolle.
