This apartment is on the outskirts of Heimbach-Hasenfeld. The house is surrounded by nature and is beside a steep hill. The apartment is part of a villa. It can be reached by a staircase of around 30 steps. There is a delightful view of the village and the hills from the living room. The living room has a five metre high ceiling. French doors open onto a large, south-facing balcony. The balcony also enjoys a delightful view. As well as under-floor heating, there is a cast-iron wood burning stove. The garden adjoins the Eiffel National Park where there are plenty of excellent walking routes. The town of Heimbach is 2 km away. You can enjoy water sports on the Rursee which is 1 km away. The Dutch border can be reached in 50 minutes. Cologne and Bonn are 45 minutes away.
