Nowy Dom is a newly built cottage in the grounds of an eighteen century baroque landscape park. The house is built using bricks reclaimed from one of the former barns on the estate and with some of the original external architectural features. It has a secluded situation, overlooking a private lake.

Inside, the house has tall ceilings giving it a spacious feeling and is fitted out to a high standard in granite and oak. For cooler spring and autumn evenings it has a wood-burning fire.

The 5 hectare landscape park, under renovation, allows secluded walks and private fishing in the lake and there is a private lawn for a game of croquet.

Nowy Dom is situated in good countryside for cycling, there is sailing and canoeing on nearby Lake Woniesc and the surrounding villages of wielkopolska contain many historic buildings.
