This holiday home is located to the south of the Monte de Penha and is a good example of 17th century architecture in Guimarães. The rustic furnishings and traditional materials and painted mats will remind you of the time that a rich farmer lived here. This can also be seen in the old staircases, walls and entrances made of large natural stones. The holiday home is surrounded by mimosa trees which provide shadow during the hot summer days. If the heat becomes too much, take a dip in the swimming pool while enjoying the beautiful view.
The vinho verde or green wine, is produced in this region. You simply must sample it.
