Description

A very pleasant holiday house, which has an apartment and a studio. The owner lives in a part of the house. The house is situated against a mountainslope, very sunny, with a beautiful view over the mountain landscape of the Sport region Rohrmoos. By this, it is recommended to bring along snow chains in the winter. The ski tracks and lifts of the four Berge Schischaukel" (115 km tracks) are located at the house and in the direct surrounding. An ideal starting point in the summer for a variety of hikes, mountain trips, golf, swimming and one of the recreation lakes, etc
Besides, you can visit the pleasant Schladming, the centre point of the region Dachstein-Tauern, with its many restaurants, cafes and shops.

This house is a member of the Schladming-Dachstein-Sommercard. You pay the owner only in summer Euro 35 per person per week (compulsory). You will receive the new Summer Card which makes your holiday worth twice as much. With this card you can enjoy most of the leisure facilities in this holiday region free of charge!
