The villa unfolds on several levels. Thanks to the four bedrooms, three bathrooms and large living-room, the house perfectly combines conviviality and intimacy. Leisure and wellness are also fulfilled thanks to two dedicated rooms: one with a Wii game, soccer table and various boardgames, and one other room with deckchairs, infrared sauna and bubble bath. Enough to satisfy all tastes!
During the sunny days, the garden is the place where you will want to spend your day. As the villa, it unfolds on several levels arranged in terraces, fully equiped with garden furnitures, barbeque, high and low tables, jacuzzi and so on.
Please note that the garden is not completely fenced and that it counts a pond, in which it is stricly forbidden to bathe or set foot.

The villa is a fine place for families or friends, but the guests will be asked to respect the tranquillity of the place and neighbourhood. No parties allowed!
