In addition, in the slightly sloping garden there is another small characteristic craftsman house (DE-57392-18) that sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, so there is something for everyone. From both the main house and the craftsman house you can reach walking routes of several kilometres to Winterberg and Schmallenberg. In addition, the children can play in the communal playing area with a swing and several other playing facilities. In short, it offers both families and hikers everything they need to enjoy the Sauerland.

The cottage is adjacent to the transport company of the house owner. It is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children because of the limited headroom on the 1st floor. This floor is reachable through a steep, wooden stepladder.
