Description

This sunny residential complex is on the Adriatic coast between Ferrara and Venice. The complex was built in 2009. It is just 400 metres from the town of Lido degli Estensi and its sandy beaches. The town is in the Parco del Delta del Po National Park. The residential complex looks out on a new marina. It has 37 holiday homes of different sizes and types, each with a balcony or terrace. The holiday homes are comfortably furnished and are ideal for families with children or young couples. There is plenty to enjoy in the area including the superb beach and lively night life. The complex has a large communal swimming pool, a children's pool, a whirlpool, a fitness area, sauna and more. There are so many excellent facilities and services, there is something for everyone.

The historic cities of Ravenna, Ferrara, Venice and Bologna are all easy to reach and well worth visiting.

Optional: A Club Card allows the use of services on the complex's beach 800 metres away. This includes one beach set comprising a parasol and two sun-loungers, use of the mini-club, basket ball, beach tennis, beach volleyball, jeu de boules and aqua gym. It also allows entrance to activities including group dancing and Latin-American dance lessons.
