In the centre of the small village Sallinghausen, only 500 m away from the popular holiday destination Eslohe, you will find this lovingly decorated holiday apartment It is divided over 2 closed living units. The rolling floor (80 m2) has two bedrooms, the office (30m2) has a living-bedroom with en suite bathroom. The rolling floor also provides a cosy living room with open plan kitchen and dining corner for 6 people, where you can spend time together.
From the living room you step out directly on the large, partly roofed south-facing terrace. Equipped with cosy lounge furniture you listen to the splashing of the home mill stream, that supplies the bio-electricity through hydro power, in a quiet and contemplative atmosphere.
At your front door of the "Sallinghäuschen" you start as a cyclist or inline skater on former railway tracks on fabulous panoramic paths integrated in the landscape, that people like you are looking for.

Sallinghausen is centrally located and provides the perfect starting point for a rally. In several daily legs you can cover up to 130 km on the finest asphalt and carefully maintained roads. The diversity of the landscape and the unparalleled moments and views of mountains and valleys will enthuse you. If you would like to explore the depths of Sauerland beyond the asphalted roads, you will reach the Sauerland heights and many other signposted hiking paths and mountainbike roads in a few minutes on foot.
